The last EDMO BELUX Lunch Lecture, which focused on how individuals make sense of the nexus between disinformation and democracy (i.e., “info-democratic disorders”) is available on the YouTube channel of EDMO BELUX.
This lunch lecture was presented by Geoffroy Patriarche and Victor Wiard, members of Engage (UCLouvain – Saint-Louis – Bruxelles) and they built upon the concept of “folk theory” and – responding to the call for more research on the reception of disinformation – presented the results of their qualitative audience study in Belgium and Luxembourg.
